We understand that occasionally, the item you receive might arrive damaged, be incorrect, or fail to meet your expectations. Here's what you need to know about returns:

Timeframe: Initiate returns within 15 days of receiving your order. 

Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the returned item is not in perfect condition.

Refund Options: You have the choice of a refund to your original payment method, exchanging the item for another product, or receiving store credit. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was received. 

Gift Returns: Gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 

Personalized items: Please note that personalized items are non-returnable.
